Is it free to join
Yes, it is free to join, there are no subs to pay
Do I need to attend all rehearsals
We encourage Members to attend rehearsals regularly but understand that members may struggle to come every week so there is some flexibility.
What is the dress code
No specific dress code for rehearsals. White Shirt and black trousers is usually warn for performances, a tie, jumper and coat is provided
How many concerts do I need to play
This depends on your situation, we hope that members can play for as many performances in the year which averages at about 12
What extra players are you looking for
This depends on our current membership, please email to see if you would like to join and see if there is a vacancy
Do I need to audition to join?
No. We invite you to one or more rehearsals to discover for yourself if you enjoy playing with us.
What is the standard of players and do I need to read music
We are a community band so have different levels of player ability, any new player need to be able to read music.
